COST OF PARTICIPATION IN EXHIBITION AND CONTEST

Art Copy: Photo print participation
Cost: 15 Euros / first object (pay);
for the second and subsequent works from same author - 10 Euros / object. (pay)
Details:
- you send the file in electronic form:
- we print the file provided;
- we exhibit a photocopy at the exhibition;
Personal participation: original or giclee at the exhibition, the author or his impresario personally present the work
Cost: 20 Euros / first object (pay);
for the second and subsequent works from same author - 15 Euros / object (pay);
Details:
- the author brings his work to the exhibition;
- the author participates in the planned programs of the exhibition - master classes, talk shows, interviews, etc.;
- at the end of the exhibition, the author receives his artwork, a diploma and awards;
- diplomas are issued at the end of the exhibition (in electronic and paper form) and sent to the author along with the work.

Artwork participation: original or giclee at the exhibition, sent by mail
Cost: 25 Euros / first object (pay);
for the second and subsequent works from same author - 20 Euros / object (pay);

b) 10% discount - for those who register from 10 to 14 entries.

DIMENSIONS, WEIGHT AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
 
 
  
 
Pay attention to size and weight requirements.:

if the size of the art object (with frame) is up to 100 cm on the larger side, additional payment will not be charged
if the size of the art object (with frame) is more than 100 cm and up to 150 cm on the larger side an additional payment of 50% of the cost will be charged.
if the size of the art object (with frame) is more than 151 cm and up to 200 cm on the larger side an additional payment of 100% of the cost will be charged.
if the size of the art object (with frame) is more than 201 cm and up to 218 cm on the larger side an additional payment of 130% of the cost will be charged.
 
All additional sizes are negotiated with the organizing committee individually..
 
 
Pay attention to the extra charge for storage:
At the end of the exhibition, art objects can be stored in the organizing committee for up to 1 week for free. In case of storage for more than 1 week - surcharge in the amount of 150 rubles / per month.
